Land Securities, represented by KLM Retail, has agreed a deal with fashion footwear and sports retailer Footasylum at Lewisham Shopping Centre, SE13.
Situated close to H&M, Footlocker and TK Maxx, the 2,500 sq ft store, which has been acquired on a new 10 year lease, will offer the retailer’s full range of fashion footwear, clothing and accessories.
Lewisham shopping centre comprises 338,000 sq ft and brings together more than 70 stores including M&S, Sainsburys, Clarks, Next, JD Sports and Tiger.

Lewisham has undergone significant investment and improvements over recent years and the town centre is continuing to be revitalised.
