FOOTASYLUM STEPS INTO LEWISHAM SHOPPING CENTRE

Land Securities, represented by KLM Retail, has agreed a deal with fashion footwear and sports retailer Footasylum at Lewisham Shopping Centre, SE13.

Situated close to H&M, Footlocker and TK Maxx, the 2,500 sq ft store, which has been acquired on a new 10 year lease, will offer the retailer’s full range of fashion footwear, clothing and accessories.

Lewisham shopping centre comprises 338,000 sq ft and brings together more than 70 stores including M&S, Sainsburys, Clarks, Next, JD Sports and Tiger.

Will Thomas, Partner at KLM Retail commented, “Footasylum complements our existing fashion mix perfectly and I am sure that it will be a big hit with local shoppers. Lewisham has undergone significant investment and improvements over recent years and the town centre is continuing to be revitalised. The shopping centre offers retailers the potential to reach a diverse demographic and we expect to announce more new and exciting names pre Christmas.”
