Experienced London retail agents Martin Thomas and Luke Hargreaves have formed a new retail arm for Hanover Green. Based at the property consultant’s offices in London’s Piccadilly, Hanover Green Retail will broaden the firm’s expertise and help cement its place as a leading independent property consultancy.

Hanover Green currently provides advice on office occupation, investment, development, rent review and lease restructuring transactions in London and the South East of England.
Martin Thomas joins Hanover Green from JLL, having previously worked for Churston Heard, CWM and Hillier Parker.
Martin is the key advisor to Lancer Property Asset Management on its entire London assets and has been one of the preeminent surveyors in the luxury Bond Street market for over 20 years. He advises many leading retailers on their London portfolio including Marks & Spencer, Boots, Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
Luke Hargreaves also joins from JLL having previously worked in the Central London teams of Cushman & Wakefield, GVA Grimley and HNG.
Clients include Shaftesbury Plc and The Mercers’ Company advising across their Covent Garden Estate. Luke also has significant experience acting for retailers and has recently advised Gucci, Daks, Gieves & Hawkes and Superdry on their London flagship stores.
