City fringe niche property specialist Paul Belchak & Co. is to be rebranded Belchak Corin & Co., as director Greg Corin is announced as partner.
The move will further boost the credentials of the five-strong firm which specialises in all aspects of commercial property in London’s East End and eastern City fringe.
Paul Belchak & Co. was founded by Paul Belchak in 2009; a veteran of the East London property industry boasting more than 25 years’ experience operating in Spitalfields, Shoreditch and surrounding areas. The firm’s highly regarded services incorporate retail, restaurant and office leasing, as well as property management and investment & development acquisition and disposal services.
The company has consistently averaged over 90 completed deals a year for the past five years and has recently concluded transactions on behalf of Clients such as Aitch Group, Brockton Capital, The Rumi Foundation, Ziser Investments and the London Borough of Hackney.
Greg Corin has worked at Paul Belchak & Co since 2011, having previously gained experience at a leading commercial property auction house. He has also held the role of director of a UK investment company and tenant-only advisory services firm. He has a track record in successful disposals and acquisitions for a variety of clients and his work over the last five years has been integral to the success and growth of the firm.
