D&AD FINDS NEW CREATIVE HOME IN CHESHIRE STREET, LONDON

Intravale Ltd, advised by City fringe specialist Belchak Corin & Co, has agreed a deal with the Global Association for Creative Advertising and Design D&AD, for new office premises at Cheshire Street, London E1.

D&AD has signed a 10 year lease on a ground floor and basement unit comprising 7,750 sq ft, at 58-66 Cheshire Street. The tenant is paying £250,000 pa, which equates to £32.26 per sq ft.

D&AD was established in 1962 by a group of designers and art directors – including David Bailey, Terence Donovan and Alan Fletcher – to celebrate creative communication and raise standards within their industry. Today the not-for-profit organisation represents the creative, design and advertising communities worldwide.
