Silver Estates, advised by KLM Retail, has sold the freehold interest of 4 Cricklade Street, Cirencester to a private investor for £1,210,500.

 The 4,400 sq ft mixed-use property comprises a mid terrace retail unit with a self-contained residential flat on the first and second floors. The property is let to New Look on a new five-year lease from April 2015 at a passing rent of £61,500 pa. 

 Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the purchaser.
