BMO Real Estate Partners on behalf of F&C Commercial Property Holdings, have let part of the ground floor at Building A, Watchmoor Park to Britax Childcare at a rent of £18.50 psf.
Britax Childcare is a global manufacturer of premium branded children’s car safety seats and a recognized technological, safety and quality leader. The company is relocating to Camberley from Chertsey.
The 3,530 sq ft (328 sq m) office is situated on part of the ground floor of Building A within the prime business park of Watchmoor Park, which is located half a mile from J4 of the M3. Only 7,570 sq ft remains available in Building A on the first floor. The building has been comprehensively refurbished to a very high standard consistent with modern requirements.
