Orbit Developments (Southern) Ltd, advised by De Souza, has agreed a deal with Intersoft Systems and Programming at Blays House in Egham.

Intersoft Systems and Programming, owned by Royal Mail, has signed a 5 year lease on part of the 1st floor, comprising 5,420 sq ft. The space has recently been refurbished and benefits from 27 car parking spaces.

The remainder of the 29,000 sq ft building is occupied by Japanese printer manufacturer OKI.

Blays House was constructed in 2000 and is located close to the M25 on Wick Road, Englefield Green, Egham and provides modern, air conditioned offices, within a business park environment. It is close to the Royal Parks and within walking distance of Virginia Water and Savill Gardens.
