SALMON HARVESTER SECURES INDUSTRIAL LETTING AT AXIOM, ASHFORD, KENT

Salmon Harvester Properties (SHP) has let an 8,516 sq ft industrial building on its speculatively developed Axiom warehouse and industrial scheme on Orbital Park in Ashford, Kent.

The building, Unit 7, has been taken by Meggitt Training Systems on a 10-year lease at a rent of £9.50 per sq ft. 

This is the second letting on the estate following a recent deal to Howdens Joinery who are now open and trading.

Salmon Director Pat Mahoney said: “This is an excellent letting to a strong covenant in Meggitt on highly competitive terms. With little new space available in the town, we are seeing strong occupational interest. The estate is letting up quickly with two other units under offer and three remaining of various sizes immediately available.”
