HOWDENS STAKES ADDITIONAL SPACE AT STADIUM TRADE AND BUSINESS PARK IN READING

Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund has agreed a deal with Howdens Joinery for additional space at Stadium Trade and Business Park, Stadium Way, Reading.

Howdens has signed a new 10 year lease on unit 12, comprising 6,106 sq ft at a rent equating to £8 per sq ft. The company has also simultaneously signed a new lease on its existing unit, comprising 11,402 sq ft at £7.50 per sq ft. Unit 12 has been extensively refurbished and offers Howdens room for expansion within the Estate.

Existing tenant ITP also recently expanded into a new unit and now has 26,000 sq ft on the Estate. Other tenants include Screwfix, Wolseley, Halfords Autocentres, Benchmark Kitchens, Al Murad DIY Limited, TLC, AT&T GB Ltd and Mr Clutch.
