Fast growing food brand PIP + NUT has acquired new headquarters at Lana House, 11 Commercial Street in Spitalfields, London E1.
PIP + NUT started life in a garden shed only three years ago and produces a range of nut butters, including almond and peanut. The brand is taking the mainstream supermarket, luxury stockists, health food and fitness worlds by storm.
PIP + NUT Ltd has signed a five-year lease, with tenant only break at three years, on D201 Lana House comprising 1,883 sq ft. The tenant is paying £85,000 pa, with an initial rent-free period of 12 weeks.
