Niche City fringe agency Belchak Corin & Co, acting on behalf of a private developer, has struck a deal with brand design agency All Creative Branding, for a self-contained office at 79 Alvington Crescent, Dalston, east London.
All Creative Branding Ltd has acquired the long leasehold interest on the 900 sq ft office premises for £450,000. The brand new accommodation is arranged over upper ground and lower ground floors. The unit has a large glass frontage and provides modern media-style offices with comfort cooling.
