Acting on behalf of a private landlord, City fringe experts Belchak Corin & Co. has secured a letting to interior designers Fabled Studio for a 1,300 sq ft office property at Lana House, 116 Commercial Street in London’s Spitalfields.
Fabled Studio Ltd has signed a five year lease on the first floor media style premises, at a rental of £49,500 pa.
Fabled Studio was founded by Tom Strother, Steven Saunders and Simon Gallagher in 2011 and specialises in hospitality, retail and residential design. Projects include The Conrad Hotel in Dublin, Penhaligon’s, Chelsea Waterfront, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Noble Rot and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.
The deal follows on from a recent letting to fast growing food brand PIP + NUT. There are currently two units remaining within Lana House comprising 1,220 sq ft and 1,800 sq ft.
