KLM Retail has appointed Oli Marcroft to the retail and leisure team as an Associate Partner.
Oli has over 7 years of experience gained from working at King Sturge and JLL. His focus is on the Out of Town and Leisure sectors, advising landlords on development and asset management strategies and tenants on acquisitions and disposals.
Oli Marcroft said “I am very pleased to be joining KLM Retail at this exciting time of growth. Since the launch of the Out of Town Retail and Leisure team in September, the firm has grown the support and offering it can give to respective clients within the sectors. I am really looking forward to becoming part of the team and helping to develop this further.”
Oli’s key landlord clients include intu, LandSec and Legal & General. His occupier clients include Wagamama, Thai Leisure Group, iFly and Pizza Express.
