Harper Dennis Hobbs (HDH) has appointed five promising young surveyors as part of its graduate recruitment policy. The new recruits will work within the Retail Consultancy, International Retail, Leisure, UK Agency and Lease Advisory divisions.
David Harper, CEO of Harper Dennis Hobbs, said: “We are always on the lookout for talented individuals who can bring something new to the table. We offer young surveyors significant support and training and in return they get to develop their career advising some of the world’s leading brands. This year we have taken on four recent Masters graduates and are supporting a fifth surveyor as part of his placement year. They are all bright, talented individuals who are already adding value to clients.”
Matthew Webb joins the Retail Consultancy team, having completed a BSc in Geography and an MA. He is helping advise retailers on their expansion and acquisition strategies both in the UK and overseas.
Ollie Goode will work in the International Retail team having completed a Masters in Real Estate at Henley Business School. Ollie speaks both French and Italian fluently and has already gained valuable property experience in London and Paris.
With a Masters in Real Estate from London South Bank University, Daniel Hull-Sieff joins the Leisure team. He is currently studying for his APC and will be working on acquisitions for a variety of clients, ranging from highly successful chains, to renowned independent chefs and competitive socialising concepts. He will work with clients such as Joe & the Juice, Farmer J and Rosa’s Thai.
James Hiscox joined HDH after completing his MSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading. He provides lease advisory and business rates advice to clients throughout the UK and George Ludlow joins HDH as part of his placement year at Nottingham Trent University and is currently working as a junior surveyor within the UK agency team.
