Serviced office provider The Boutique Workplace Company has signed a deal to open a new flexible workspace offering at 25 Green Street, Mayfair, London W1. The operator has signed a 10-year lease with the landlord for six floors of prime office space, securing its 28th workplace in London.
Situated in north Mayfair, 25 Green Street will be the London based provider’s second centre in Mayfair and adds to a growing portfolio of innovative serviced office locations. It is ideally located close to Bond Street and Marble Arch stations and employees will be close to a vibrant environment offering everything from dining in Michelin-star restaurants to the shopping on Oxford Street.
Incorporating just under 7,000 sq ft of high specification workspace, the building will offer occupiers boutique and design-led space. It will also provide a range of amenities including showers, kitchens, lounge space and meeting rooms. In addition, businesses will benefit from access to the group’s event space which is available in four key locations across central London.
