Starbucks, advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs, has taken a new stand-alone café in Centro Comercial Parque Oeste, Alcorcón to the south west of Madrid opened in 1994.
Starbucks has taken the 241 sq m store, with terraces, on a 15 year lease and will open this Summer.
Centro Comercial Parque Oeste is the leading shopping mall to the south west of Madrid , with a total area 200,000 sq m. The centre is anchored by Ikea, Leroy Merlin and Alampo with other tenants including Kiabi, Dia, Toys’R’us and Decathlon.
