Salmon Harvester Properties (SHP) has completed a single lease for the two largest units totalling 25,028 sq ft on its Axiom industrial estate on Orbital Park in Ashford, Kent. The deal is the largest warehouse/industrial letting in East Kent so far this year.
Forza Industries Limited, the fast-growing supplements manufacturer and distributor, has signed a new 10-year lease at a rent of £9.50 per sq ft.
This letting sees the estate 95% let with only a single unit of 2,900 sq ft remaining available.
Salmon Director Pat Mahoney said: “We are delighted to be close to fully let and to have added to an impressive occupier line up of Howdens, Meggitt Safety, Hire Station and Specialised Roofing Supplies.”
BNP Paribas Real Estate and Altus Group are advising SHP on lettings.
