CIRENCESTER SHOPPING CENTRE SELLS FOR £6.375 MILLION

KLM Retail has agreed the sale of a shopping centre in Cirencester, Wiltshire for £6.375 million, on behalf of a private client.

18-26 Cricklade Street and Bishop’s Walk Shopping Centre is the only covered shopping centre in this affluent Cotswolds town. It provides a key link between one of the town’s main car parks and Cricklade Street, the main retailing thoroughfare.

Bishop’s Walk comprises a mixed-use offer of approximately 25,000 sq ft. The current net rent is £447,314 pa with an average lease expiry of 6 years. Tenants include O2, Holland & Barrett, Nationwide and various local retailers.

SPB Real Estate advised the purchaser, also a private client.
