Leading investment agency HSM have recruited Tom Larkin to join their investment and development team.
Tom joins from Savills’ London HQ office where he worked in the agency, development and investment departments.
He graduated from the University of the West of England in 2014.

HSM have recently been involved with £70m of sales for Sytner and Travis Perkins and are currently working on sales totalling £60m for Martin’s Properties, Salmon Property, RO Real Estate and BP’s property pension arm Ropemaker Properties.
