JIMMY FAIRLY SECURES FIRST LONDON FLAGSHIP ON REGENT STREET

Jimmy Fairly, advised by CBRE and KLM Retail, have opened their first store in the UK, on London’s Regent Street.

The French optical brand has taken an assignment of a lease from Vilebrequin taking 344 sq ft on ground floor at 63 Regent Street.

The eyewear brand has secured their first store outside of France being on Regent Street with a further store been agreed recently in Covent Garden. They now have further plans to expand across London.
Savills acted for the outgoing tenant, Vilebrequin.
