PRET A MANGER DOUBLES UP ON SHOREDITCH HIGH STREET

Private clients of niche City Fringe agency Belchak Corin & Co and joint agents Dominion have let the 1,700 sq ft retail premises at 128 Shoreditch High Street, London E1 to Pret A Manger.

Pret has signed a 15-year lease, with five-yearly rent reviews, for the property at a headline rent of £110,000 a year.

It’s Belchak Corin & Co.’s third transaction with Pret in the local area and the second one on Shoreditch High Street. Oli Cohen of Belchak Corin & Co commented “This is an excellent deal for our client and with Pret at capacity on their site further down Shoreditch High Street, there is clearly huge demand from the local demographic”.
