DALSTON WORKS ATTRACTS YOGA AND WELLBEING STUDIO

Dalston Lane Properties Ltd, advised by niche City fringe agency Belchak Corin & Co., has agreed terms for a Yoga and Fitness Studio at Dalston Works, London E8.

The studio is the latest letting at this brand new development, which incorporates 10,000 sq ft of retail, 120 private rented apartments and 23,000 sq ft of media style office space.

Sadhana Yoga & Wellbeing has signed a 20 year lease on 4,349 sq ft across part of the ground floor and basement within Block A. The tenant is paying a stepped rent rising to £95,000 pa in the fifth year.

Sadhana Yoga &Wellbeing started out life as Bikram Yoga in Clapham Junction in 2013 and has now evolved and expanded across multiple sites, offering a wide range of classes.

Dalston Works is situated in the heart of Dalston, one of East London’s most vibrant fringe locations and located near to Allpress Coffee Roastery & Café and a number of amenities such as The Diner, Street Feast Dalston Yard and Dalston Eastern Curve Garden.

Sadhana Yoga & Wellbeing were unrepresented.
