Niche City fringe agency Belchak Corin & Co., acting on behalf of Ziser London, has completed a 15 year lease with renowned architects Levitt Bernstein Associates Limited, for Thane Villas, Finsbury Park, London.
A rent of £35.50 per sq ft was agreed for media style B1 offices, comprising 11,435 sq ft. The property is made up of a front warehouse conversion, with part new build at the rear and includes off street parking for cars & cycles.
Thane Villas is situated on a cul de sac off Seven Sisters Road, close to the junction of Holloway Road, in the heart of Finsbury Park. An increasingly popular mixed commercial and residential location, Finsbury Park is a short distance from neighbouring Islington, Highbury and Stoke Newington.
