Belchak Corin & Co. have been instructed to identify an occupier for the former Fulham Town Hall, the inspiring period property in West London which has recently been acquired by Ziser London.
Located in the Broadway area on the border of Fulham and Chelsea, the Grade II listed Old Fulham Town Hall is one of the most architecturally significant buildings in the borough. The property sits opposite Fulham Broadway, a busy retail and leisure outlet which includes the Fulham Broadway Underground station and attracts 12 million visits a year.
The 51,000 sq ft property boasts a rich history and forms an integral part of the attractive Walham Green Conservation Area. The property comprises three distinct parts, the original Town Hall building, (24,500 sq ft), the Harwood Road Extension (19,000 sq ft) and The Annex, (7,700 sq ft), which also faces Fulham Road.
A scheme comprising 64,000 sq ft designed by Rare Architecture is being offered on a subject to planning basis by Belchak Corin and it is anticipated that interest will be received from a range of uses including retail, leisure, office and hotel.
