Rainbow Properties Ltd, advised by niche City fringe specialist Belchak Corin & Co., has agreed terms with Island Poké Limited for premises at 42 Great Eastern Street, London EC2.
Island Poké Limited has signed a 15-year lease on 1,000 sq ft over ground and lower ground floors. The tenant is paying £70,000 pa, with six months rent free.
Island Poké is recommended by Time Out as one of the top ten places to eat for under £10. Its menu centres around a Hawaiian Poké bowl and includes a base of rice or slaw, fish, salsas, pickles, seaweeds and garnishes. Formed in 2015, Great Eastern Street will be the brand’s 6th London restaurant.
