LaSalle Investment Management, advised by KLM Retail, has secured a new 20-year lease to BrewDog at 15 Bene’t Street, Cambridge city centre.
The Scottish multinational brewery and pub chain are set to open in the 3,780 sq ft premises formerly occupied by Cau.
This letting complements an array of food and beverage operators in the local vicinity, including Pho, Honest Burgers, Sticks n Sushi and The Ivy Brasserie.
‘The letting to BrewDog is an exciting new addition to Cambridge’s already eclectic mix of F&B tenants. We received strong levels of interest from national, regional and independent operators, which shows resilience in the F&B market, particularly in good quality locations,’ said KLM Retail’s Oli Marcroft.
