Two well-known retail and leisure property agents have made the decision to go it alone and set up their own company.
Richard Willcox and Charlie Catterall have launched a new leisure consultancy called ETCH Group.
The pair, who have 25 years experience between them, have been joined in their venture by Kit Alexander and Daniel Hull-Sieff.
ETCH’s aim is to help clients from across all sectors of the retail, leisure and hospitality market find new sites in London and other global cities.
They added that some clients from as far afield as Hong Kong, Dubai, Thailand and Australia were all looking at space in the capital ahead of other European cities.
ETCH Group have opened an office in Soho’s Brewer Street and have already signed up a number of notable clients, including K Hospitality – India’s largest hospitality company – and Maximal Concepts, one of Asia’s leading and most innovative restaurant groups’
