ARLINGTON SUBMITS PLANS FOR WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS PARK IN READING

Arlington has submitted outline plans to Reading Borough Council for a new 162,250 sq ft warehouse logistics park in Reading.

Reading International Logistics Park, located on an 8.5 acre site adjacent to Junction 11 of the M4, will comprise four industrial/warehouse units ranging in sizes from 24,150 sq ft up to 69,070 sq ft.

The development will also be situated close to the Madejski Stadium in a well-established location that is already home to a wide range businesses and distribution occupiers.

Letting agents for Reading International Logistics Park are Lambert Smith Hampton and Haslams Chartered Surveyors.
