ABERDEEN STANDARD INVESTMENTS CREATES EXCITING NEW OFFICE SPACE AT MAIDENHEAD OFFICE PARK

Aberdeen Standard Investments has created striking office space on Maidenhead Office Park following a comprehensive redesign of one of the buildings on the Park.

Two Maidenhead Office Park, formerly occupied by Toys R Us, has been extensively upgraded and extended to provide 37,168 sq ft of high specification office space over two floors. As well as overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds, a new central private courtyard has also been created and there is parking for 200 cars.

The quoting rent is £32.50 per sq ft.

Maidenhead Office Park is located off the A4 to the west of the town centre and is home to occupiers including Acenden, Genband and Covance. It is well connected to the road network being a short distance from the A404M and M4 and M40 motorways.

Letting agents for the building are Hanover Green and Savills.
