Sovereign Centros has been appointed by CBRE Global Investors as strategic development and asset managers for the The Ashley Centre in Epsom.
The Ashley Centre is the dominant retail and leisure destination in the Surrey town and comprises 315,000 sq ft of retail space, 55,000 sq ft of offices and an 800-space car park.
It links with the town’s Market Place and is anchored by Waitrose and Marks & Spencer, with a strong fashion line up including Next, H&M, Monsoon and New Look.
The centre has an average footfall of 8 million pa.
Sovereign Centros has been brought on board to initiate reconfiguration and development options which will strengthen the retail and leisure offer by introducing new concepts and occupiers.
