Green & Partners has announced that Matt Beardall has been promoted to Equity Partner and Tom Plaine has joined as a Partner.
Matt works within the firm’s Agency Team having joined Green & Partners in June 2010. He currently represents a variety of UK clients including, AEW UK, British Land, DTZ Investors, LaSalle Investment Management, M&G and numerous private investors.
Tom Plaine has joined the company’s successful Lease Advisory team as a Partner. Tom has a vast amount of experience, having worked at Cushman & Wakefield / DTZ for the last 18 years, latterly as a Partner.
