Real Estate Investment Management ( REIM ) on behalf of a private client, has completed the letting of 8,200 sq ft at 4 Dorking Office Park to Care UK Ltd.
Care is the UK’s largest independent provider of health and social care services .It will be occupying the entire ground and part first floor of the newly refurbished offices paying a rent of £25 per sq ft.
5,000 sq ft remains available within the building.
REIM is now bringing forward the refurbishment of further space on the Park at Buildings 2 and 3, following completion of this letting.
