Edgerley Simpson Howe (ESH) has appointed of two new staff members to bolster
both its investment and agency departments.
Sophie Wilson joins as a graduate surveyor in ESH’s occupier and landlord lease advisory
team, working alongside Partners Tim Hornor, Adam Patrick and Karl Norman.
Flora Nash joins ESH’s investment team alongside Partners Jamie Naughton,
David Cooke and Nick Howe.
Adam Patrick commented: “We’re delighted to welcome two enthusiastic and knowledgeable
recruits to the business at a really exciting time in our market as we emerge from the Pandemic.
Retail parks, foodstores and roadside properties have shown impressive resilience in the
past year or so and we’re now seeing increased activity on both the lettings side of the
business, with various new formats and fascias emerging, as well as a resurgence in investor
activity seeking to buy into this attractive area of the market”.
Jamie Naughton added: “Flora and Sophie are joining ESH at the perfect time to help
support both parts of our business, enabling us to continue providing our clients with
high quality, market-facing advice. We very much look forward to helping them both
