Beltane secure second tenant for 255 High Street in Guildford

Beltane Asset Management have let another floor at their new office re-development at 255 High

Street in Guildford.

Investec Wealth & Investment Ltd are relocating from two local offices and have signed a

new 10-year lease on the entire 4th floor comprising 8,299 sq ft at a rent of £35.50 per sq ft.

This letting follows swiftly on from the deal with K2 Corporate Mobility Ltd, who recently took the top, 5th floor.

Only three floors remain available at 255 High Street offering efficient, high quality office space from 3,000 up to 26,000 sq ft .

Duncan Roe at Beltane says: “ It is very pleasing to secure our second tenant so soon after securing K2 and it is a testament to the high quality of offices that we are able to offer “.

Savills, Lambert Smith Hampton and Hanover Green acted for Beltane.   Knight Frank advised Investec.
