The Smith, an impressive 40,000 sq ft office building at 145, London Road, Kingston on Thames, continues to underline its position as one of south west London’s most attractive locations by securing another new occupier.
Employment specialist Reed in Partnership has taken 4,078 sq ft on the second floor, signing a new six-year lease.
Launched in April, The Smith provides high specification stylish and contemporary office accommodation over four floors and has been designed with a focus on staff well-being and efficient working.
The Smith lies on the Kingston cycle network and provides changing facilities, showers, and secure bike storage.
The Boutique Workplace Company, which took space in the late Spring, is also expanding its successful flexible working operation leaving only 15,000 sq ft available to let in the building.
