CBRE IM, advised by GCW and Nash Bond, have boosted the retail and leisure offering at Hammersmith Broadway Shopping Centre in west London with two new lettings.
Joe & The Juice will open in 1,154 sq ft at the entrance to the scheme on a new 10-year lease with a break at the end of the 5th year, whilst Korean food and culture hub Oseyo have taken a 1,251 sq ft unit on the same lease terms.
Archie Morriss of GCW said: “These exciting operators will add variety and interest to the retail and F&B offer at the shopping centre, which is now seeing footfall begin to recover to 2019 levels.”
Earlier this year, Korean fried chicken restaurant Pelicana opened their first UK outlet in the centre, whilst other new openings have included oriental fresh tea specialist Cha Time and healthy grab & go food operator Little Farm.
