Leading Central London retail and leisure property advisors Nash Bond have promoted Emma Strang, Lottie Newman and Matthew Peters to Director. In addition, they have promoted Alex Hughes to Associate Director.

Emma specialises in agency matters for a wide range of landlord clients, advising the Cadogan Estate and the Portman Estate amongst others on their retail holdings. She joined Nash Bond in 2013.
Lottie has also been appointed as head of Nash Bond’s burgeoning food and beverage agency business, working for a wide range of landlords clients including British Land, Argent and LandSec on their restaurant portfolio. She has been with the company for two years.
Matthew specialises in all agency matters, advising a broad range of landlord clients including Shaftesbury Plc and The Crown Estate. He joined Nash Bond in 2015 as a graduate surveyor.
Alex joined from Workspace in 2019 working in the London retail and lease advisory teams. Alex specialises in agency and lease advisory matters for a wide range of landlord clients in central London, advising Aviva, Landsec, and LaSalle, amongst others on their retail and leisure holdings. Alex also acts for several occupiers.
