Hannah has over 10 years’ experience leasing prime retail property in the capital. Her clients include Shaftesbury and Tribeca for whom she’s been instrumental in transforming Old Spitalfields Market into one of the City’s best retail destinations.
Ben also provides retail agency advice to some of London’s most important landlord clients, including Astrea who asset manage some of the West End’s best luxury streets including Bruton Street and the Berkeley Square Estate.
Alex is one of London’s leading restaurant agents. He works across all of Shaftesbury’s restaurant portfolio, London’s best and largest F&B / leisure ownership. He is also responsible for some of Mayfair’s most famous restaurant lettings including Richard Caring’s new Greek concept Bacchanalia in the former Porsche showroom on Berkeley Square on behalf of Motcomb Estate.
