Astrea has secured two new retail brands on Mayfair’s Bruton Street.
Alice + Olivia, the New York City based contemporary clothing brand, are due to open at 25 Bruton Street. It will be the first London store for the brand.
Joining them on Bruton Street is another New York City based womenswear brand, Veronica Beard, who will launch their new London flagship store at 27 Bruton Street.
The brands will be joining a host of other leading luxury fashion retailers on Bruton Street, including Nanushka, IRO, Isabel Marant, Asprey and Kenzo.
Hanover Green Retail and Cushman & Wakefield advised Astrea on both lettings.
