Park Square Ltd, advised by BELCOR, has let 560 sq ft at 76-80 Old Broad Street, opposite Liverpool Street Station, in the City of London to fast growing artisanal coffee chain Pickwick Coffee Club.
Pickwick has signed a 10-year lease on the ground floor unit, which forms part of an attractive Grade II listed building, which is due to open the Broad Street unit next month. It already operates a coffee shop at 110 Fleet Street and is poised to open another shop at 77 Lombard Street this summer.
BELCOR is currently marketing 865 sq ft at the neighbouring 76-80 Old Broad Street.
