KLM Real Estate has boosted its retail advisory team with the promotion of Tom Jamson to partner.

Having joined the firm in 2013, Tom focusses primarily on designer outlets, central London high streets and emerging neighbourhoods, advising Landlords including Tristan Capital Partners, The Mercers Company, and Patrizia. He has worked on outlets across the UK, France and Denmark and has recently been developing the creative hub Paxton17 with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
