Leading central London retail, f&b and leisure agent, Nash Bond has promoted John Lyons to Executive Director and Florence Mills to Senior Surveyor.
John is the lead Director on the Shaftesbury Estate retained retail agency mandate that encompasses Carnaby Street, Soho and Seven Dials. In addition, his other landlord client instructions include work for Concord, Soho Housing Association, and Sutton Estates. On the occupier side he has advised many retailers including Vivienne Westwood, Leica and Assouline.
Florence works in the agency team and is primarily involved with leasing Kings Road for Cadogan Estate, Chiltern Street for the Portman Estate and Wembley Park for Quintain. She joined Nash Bond in 2018 and during that time has qualified as a MRICS.
