One of the UK’s finest silkscreen printers, Make-Ready Fine Art Printing, advised by BELCOR, has completed a deal to take Sabre House, a refurbished approximately 24,000 sq ft warehouse property at 1 Shaftesbury Road, Tottenham, London N18.
Make-Ready, which produces gallery-quality printing and is expanding from premises in Camden, has signed a new 9-year lease with landlord London Metric Property.

Sabre House has been comprehensively refurbished by London Metric to provide high quality accommodation with 18,250 sq ft of warehouse space and approximately 5,200 sq ft of offices at the front of the building. There is also a secure self-contained yard.
The property is situated close to the intersection of the A406 North Circular Road and the A10 Great Cambridge Road. TheM25 is under 6 miles to the north via the A10 at Junction 25 with the M1 Junction 1 at Staples Corner 8.8 miles to the west.
