The Lowy Group has expanded its portfolio of student accommodation with the acquisition of an apartment block in Farringdon, London EC1.
Advised by Adam Soning of BELCOR, subsidiary-company Anglo Educational Services (AES) has leased 30 one and two-bedroom apartments at Herbal Hill Gardens, Herbal Hill close to Farringdon station.
Steve Lowy, CEO of Anglo Educational Services said;“This acquisition strengthens our position as one of the leading providers of student accommodation and takes our London platform to well over 250 units.”
Anglo Educational Services have almost 50 years experience in organising long- and short-term accommodation, internship placements, academic programs and customised educational tours in London, the UK and Europe all from study centre base in Holborn.
