Grosvenor has appointed Hanover Green Retail as sole agents for all strategy, retail and restaurant lettings on the prestigious Motcomb Street in Belgravia, central London.
Moments from Knightsbridge and Sloane Square tube stations, pedestrianised Motcomb Street is lined with 36 shops offering independent boutiques, Michelin-starred restaurants including Petrus by Gordon Ramsay, and the iconic Pantechnicon building, housing a five-storey dining and concept store. The area has an established community of residents and visitors alike.
