RICHARD ALSOP JOINS HANOVER GREEN RETAIL

Richard Alsop is joining Hanover Green Retail to focus on the central London retail investment market. He leaves CBRE after nearly 10 years where he was a Senior Director and has been responsible for some of London’s key retail transactions including the sale of Ferragamo at 24 Old Bond Street, on behalf of NFUM, for a record £141 million along with other high profile sales in Old Bond Street, including Cartier, Tods and Richard Mille.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the London retail investment market that perfectly complements our strong agency and lease advisory team, particularly in the core luxury markets on and around New and Old Bond Street.
