The Lowy Group’s student accommodation platform Anglo-Educational Services (AES) has secured the leasehold acquisition of 16 residential units at 94 Hanbury Street, London E1.
Advised by Adam Soning of BELCOR, a private landlord client has leased the one and two-bedroom apartments in Spitalfields to AES after signing a multi-year deal.
