Sovereign Centros has strengthened its development management capabilities with the appointment of Joseph Daver as Development Manager.
Joseph will work across a variety of the company’s development and refurbishment projects.
Sovereign Centros Chief Executive Chris Geaves said: “As one of the most active development management businesses in the UK, we have a current project pipeline of approximately five million sq ft stretching from Scotland to the South of England.”
Prior to Sovereign Centros, Joseph worked at LCR Property in the development and asset management teams, working primarily on complex development opportunities around transport hubs, in collaboration with public sector bodies.
He studied Real Estate at the University of Reading and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2019.
