Darryl Stevenson has joined Nightingale Partners from Bidwells where he had been a Partner for nine years.
Prior to that, Darryl was a partner and co-owner of an agency practice, and before that he spent 11 years at another London-based commercial agency practice which sold in 2005.
Darryl has over 30 years’ experience working in the UK-wide investment and development markets. He has acted for a diverse range of clients from property companies and private investors to London local authorities, colleges, charities and private equity funds.
A Nightingale Partners spokesperson said: “Known as having a terrier-like approach, Darryl is dedicated in securing his clients the best deals in the investment and development markets. He is an excellent addition to our team.”
Utilising his knowledge, Darryl has spent over 25 years building up a retail, leisure and development portfolio worth over £100m for one of his clients and continues to deliver comprehensive consultancy advice.
Darryl was awarded an Estate Management degree from Southbank University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
