City fringe specialist BELCOR has agreed a strategic partnership with Kitt to offer fully managed occupier solutions across its office portfolio under the new brand, BELCORManaged.
The partnership allows BELCOR to expand its services across both its Landlord Disposals and Tenant Representation divisions.
Landlords will gain access to a wider market of occupiers looking for either conventional lease terms or personalised, fully managed spaces.
Additionally, BELCOR’s tenant representatives will be able to offer Kitt’s managed solution as an additional ‘bolt-on’ to occupier acquisition work.
The service will provide occupiers with a personalised design and fit-out to reflect their brand, culture and working style. Comprehensive office services from wi-fi connectivity and maintenance to barista style coffee stations will then be provided and managed by Kitt’s workspace experts, giving the’ team an inspiring space and experience to physically connect in every day they are together.
Kitt currently manages over a quarter of a million sq ft of personalised office space across London and is continuing to expand its product line for different occupier segments. Partnering with BELCOR further broadens its reach with technology, creative and media businesses who focus their search on City fringe locations.
Oli Cohen of BELCOR said: ‘Our partnership with Kitt will allow us to give our clients coverage across both traditional and managed market which are increasingly merging as tenants are looking for their own private space but want to benefit from personalisation of that space and all the services that they might find in a WeWork or Fora.”
Joseph Mishon of Kitt added: ‘Over the last 3 years we have been expanding our personalised offices product, with 100+ businesses in London choosing to not just rent an office, but to give their brand a home built around their changing needs. Working with a leading agency like BELCOR enables us to reach an even wider audience, across an exciting range of assets in London’s City fringe.”
